Refund policy

If MyPDFDone didn't work out for you, you should get your money back without a fight.

Within 14 days: automatic

Any payment (a single file, a pass, a Pro month, or Pro yearly) can be refunded within 14 days. Open your account page, find the payment and press Refund. The refund goes back to your card automatically; banks usually show it within 3–10 business days.

After 14 days: reviewed by a person

Press Refund anyway, or write to support@mypdfdone.com. A person will review the request and reply within 2 business days. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't expect, tell us and we'll refund it.

What happens after a refund

• A refunded single file can no longer be downloaded.
• A refunded pass ends right away.
• A refunded Pro payment ends Pro access right away.

Fair use

Automatic refunds are limited to 2 per email address. Beyond that, requests are reviewed by a person. This protects the low price for everyone and doesn't stop genuine refunds.
