Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of MyPDFDone (the “Service”), operated by Alexander Vinokurov (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What the Service does

MyPDFDone lets you upload documents and images, process them with online tools (convert, compress, merge, split, edit, sign and similar), preview the result, and download it after payment.

Prices and payment

• Single file: $2.99, or $4.99 for OCR, PDF to Word, Excel or PowerPoint, scan to PDF, editing, signing, form filling, redaction, unlocking, repair and PDF/A. A one-time payment for downloading one processed file. It never creates a subscription.
• Pass: $6.99 for 24 hours or $9.99 for 7 days, a one-time payment for unlimited downloads from every tool, counted from the moment the payment is confirmed. It works in the browser you paid in and in any account signed in with the same email. It never renews.
• Pro monthly: $4.99 for the first month, then $12.99 per month until you cancel. We email you 3 days before each renewal.
• Pro yearly: $59 for 12 months. It renews every 12 months until you cancel; we email you 7 days before each renewal. Cancel in one click on your account page and Pro stays active until the end of the paid year.

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our merchant of record: Creem sells you the purchase on our behalf, charges your card, handles sales tax and sends the receipt, so its name may appear on your card statement. We never see or store your card details.

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro monthly at any time with one click on your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund policy. In short: within 14 days of a payment you can refund it yourself with one click.

Your files

You keep all rights to your files. You give us permission only to store and process them to provide the Service. Files are deleted automatically 2 hours after upload, or 24 hours after upload for files you bought.

Acceptable use

• Only upload files you have the right to use.
• Don't use the Service to break the law, remove protection from documents you're not allowed to open, or overload our systems.
• Automated or bulk use beyond normal personal and business use requires our written agreement.

Limits

Files can be up to 100 MB, merges up to 20 files, and each visitor can start up to 30 jobs per hour.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided “as is”. Always keep your own copy of important documents. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects paying customers, we'll email them before it takes effect. Price changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

These terms are also available in other languages. If versions differ, the English version applies.
