Uploading, processing and previewing are free, so you can check the result first. Downloading a finished file costs $2.99 once ($4.99 for heavier tools like OCR, PDF to Word and editing), or $9.99 for unlimited files for 7 days. There is no trial that turns into a subscription.

Running converters on servers costs money. We'd rather charge a clear, small price per file than hide a monthly subscription behind a “free” button.

Pro is for people who work with PDFs every week: unlimited downloads for $4.99 the first month, then $12.99/month, or $59/year. We email you before every renewal, and you can cancel in one click on your account page.

Within 14 days of any payment, click Refund on your account page and the money goes back to your card automatically. After 14 days, write to us and a person will review it.

Files are transferred over HTTPS, stored in a private bucket and deleted automatically 2 hours after upload (24 hours for files you bought). Nobody at MyPDFDone opens your documents.
